Railways in Sanya

The Western Railway in Hainan began to work in April 18th, 2007 after nearly two years’ construction. The trains there run through the western coastline of Hainan Province visa several cities and scenic area. The tourists can get on and off the fascinating island by train without making a lot of changes. Now, three trains run to Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou from Sanya Railway Station, passing through Haikou City.

Sanya Tropical Beach
Situated in the coastal area of Sanya, where is a beautiful port city of Hainan Province, Sanya Tropical Beach is a scenic area renowned both at home and abroad, totaling 212 km2.It consists of Yalong Bay, Haitang Bay, "the End of the Earth", Luobi Cave and other scenic spots, with a coastline stretching nearly 100 km from east to west. Because the average temperature of the coldest month is 21c' , it has thus become an international tourist resort.The well-known scenic spots include "The End of the Earth", "Deer Turning Its Head", Dadonghai and Yalong Bay, where the beautiful sand beach, green coconut trees, blue sea and fresh air attract thousands of visitors.
