5 Days Shanghai Tour with Suzhou Water Town (CTM-SHT-05W)

Day1

Upon your arrival at Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. In the afternoon you will stroll down the Bund, the glory of shanghai, surrounded by about 50 various buildings of different architectural styles. And then take a shopping bummel in the Shanghai main shopping district - Nanjing Road.

Day2

Today you will visit the Shanghai Museum, where you will spend at least two hours marveling at its collections. Then, you will immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the Jade Buddha Temple, Later you'll have a bird's eye view of the Shanghai city from the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

Day3

On this morning you will be driven to Suzhou with your local Shanghai guide and personal driver (about 1.5 hours drive). Your tour in Suzhou includes: the quiet Lingering Garden and the Pan Gate. Enjoy the gentle breeze while cruise on the Grand Canal. Later visit the No.1 Silk Factory to learn how the pure silk products are made from a small cocoon.

Day4

In the morning you will be driven to water town of Tongli (20 minute drive from Suzhou). There you will pay a visit to the Garden of Seclusion and Meditations, the Pearl Pagoda, the Triple Bridge, and Ming and Qing Dynasty Street. After your trip to this beautiful village, you will be driven back to Shanghai (1.5 hours).

Day5

Depending on your departure flight schedule, you may pay a visit to the People's Square and the Shanghai Museum then the tour guide would escort you to the airport to return Beijing City or to the next destination.
