9 Days Beijing Xian Shanghai Expo Tour (CTM-SHT-09)

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

Upon your arrival at Beijing airport, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free rest to recover from jetlag or to explore the neighborhood as you wish.

Day 2: Beijing

Starting the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the Forbidden City that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch, continue to visit Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden.

Day 3: Beijing

After breakfast, have an excursion to Badaling Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, go on with the visit to Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. In the evening, the worldwide famous Peking Duck Banquet awaits you for dinner!

Day 4：Beijing - Xian

Take morning flight for Xian. Met by our English speaking tour guide and escorted to your hotel in Xian. After lunch, your city tour begins with a visit to The Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level. Then move on to Big Goose Pagoda. After having the local flavor - dumpling dinner, enjoy Tang Dynasty Show in the evening.

Day 5: Xian

Today you'll visit to the eighth world wonder - Terra-cotta Warriors with 2000 years, the biggest underground military museum in the world. After lunch, drive back to the city center and visit the Xian City Wall, a symbol of great significance of the famous historic cultural city of Xian. Back to your hotel

Day 6: Xian - Shanghai

Take a morning flight to Shanghai. After lunch, visit Yuyuan Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds. The move on to the Jade Buddha Temple; here you will immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere. After dinner, you will be arranged to enjoy the fantastic Acrobatics show.

Day 7: Shanghai

On this day you'll first visit Shanghai Museum, it will show you the brilliant culture and history in ancient China. Then proceed to The Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. After that, take a stroll to the Nanjing Road, to experience crazy shopping is great. Giant shopping malls, boutiques, international brands, it's all here. After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong and ascend Jinmao Tower to have a bird's eye view of Shanghai city. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River.
