Chongqing Jiangbei Airport Maps & Guide
Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is one of the most important airports in China, and it will be the largest aviation hub in the central and western regions after its reconstruction and expansion. It is located in Lianglu Town, Yubei District, about 21 kilometers northeast of Chongqing.
There are more than 70 airlines flying to about 55 cities home and abroad, covering Hong Kong, Macau and almost all capital cities except for Hohhot City, and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is the first one which opens the airlines to European.
Its Terminal Building is divided into three sections: the Arrival Hall, Leaving Hall and the United Inspection Office, and it boasts ten boarding gates and six boarding bridges, which will meet the needs of 800 person-times per hour at the peak time.
There are the restaurants, parking lots, cafes, luggage carts, banks, clinics, etc.
Passengers can take taxi or the airport bus to get to Chongqing downtown, and the flat fare of most taxis is about 5 RMB for the piror 3 kilometers and then the distance surcharge is about 1.8RMB per kilometers. It generally cost passengers at least 45RMB from the airport to downtown area.
Passengers can choose the Bus Routes – Airport to Shangqing Si & Shanqing Si to Airport
The running hours generally is from 06:00 to 20:20, and passes by Ci Qi Kou. The interval time is about 30 minutes, and the whole bus journey costs about 15RMB.
