Sanjiang Maps
Sanjiang, literally "he three rivers" is the conjoint point of the Rong River, Xun River and Miao River.
Located in the north China Guangxi, it is a region traditionally inhabited by the Dong people. Bordering Guizhou to the northwest and Hunan to the northeast, Sanjiang was approximately built in 1105 A.D, and became the Dong Autonomous County in 1955.
Covering an area of 2454 squre kilometers and a population of 350,000, it is known for its driver' minority culture.

How to get there?
By Air
There are no direct flights to Sanjiang, and the best way to get there is take flight or trains to Guilin firstly and then transfer to Sanjiang by Bus.
By Long-Distance Bus
Tourists can take the long distance buses from Guilin to Sanjiang, and they run through Longsheng Scenic Area. You can also glance at the beautiful terraced rice fields, rolling mountains and ethnical village of Longsheng on the way.
