- Island Line - on the Hong Kong Island, covers 14 stations:

- Tseung Kwan O Line connects Quarry Bay area in Hong Kong Island with Tseung Kwan O area in New Territories, including 7 stations:
North Point – Quarry Bay – Yau Tong – Tiu Keng Leng – Tseung Kwan O – Hang Hau – Po Lam
- Tung Chung Line starts from Central in Hong Kong Island, passes Kowloon, Tsing Yi and finally reaches Lantau Island, including 8 stations:
Hong Kong – Kowloon – Olympic – Nam Cheong – Lai King – Tsing Yi – Sunny Bay – Tung Chung
- Dsineyland Resort Line is built on North Lantau Island, including 2 stations:

The MTR runs from about 05:30 or 06:00 to around 01:00 the next day, and daily 08:30 to 09:00 and 18:00 to 19:00 are the rush hours.
