Shennong Stream Maps

Shennong Stream is located on the border between the Wu Gorge and Xiling Gorge, taking its rise from the main peak of Shennongjia – the first peak in the central China, and flowing through Badong County of Shiyan City in Hubei Province. Cruising along the stream by boat, tourists will become immersed in the wonders of zigzagging watercourses, the primitive environment, and the canzonet by the boat tracker, and the mysterious culture along the banks. The Shennong Stream has its unique sceneries compared with the Yangtze River, boasting four natural gorges – Chengnong Gorge, Mianzhu Gorge, Yingwu Gorge and Longchang Gorge. All of the four gorges are suitable for hiking and trekking because of their danger and excitement.
