Shanghai is the city that never sleeps, so its liveliness goes well beyond daytime activity. Every night, the young people and white-collar workers all come out to enjoy the night life, and they go to bars, parks or cinemas with their friends or lovers. Shanghai night life has become an indispensable part to people who live or travel in Shanghai.
The main sections that boast the most colorful Shanghai nightlife are:

It is a great destination combing the ancient architecture with the modern life, displays a comparatively traditional Shanghai architecture called Shi Ku Men, where you can enjoy the western and traditional nightlife.
Park 97 is named as the best bar in China, and it is located in the most inner side of the park. The entrance charge is generally 50RMB. Another bar next to Park 97 is Guan Di, and many Chinese celebrities go there often. The best Karaoke House Cashbox (Qian Gui) is also located inside of the park.
It used to be the hottest place before Xin Tian Di, and it seems losing its attraction right now, but it also is many tourists’ favorite place since it shows a more natural and real Shanghai taste. Taking an afternoon walk on Hen Shan Road is the most joyful thing, with the entire noise scattering away from you. With all shades covering upon your head, with little people passing by you.
